Boku no Taiyou is a song about having to be optimistic, and not worrying all the time.
The MV has the dance version, wher I admit I like the costumes, and the main segemt is about the girls just enjoying themselves and having fun at school.
Mirai no Kajitsu is about enjoying ones youth, and seems to give an encouraging message.
